The rear of the house is surrounded by extensive decking ideally suited for outdoor entertaining, barbeques, relaxation or just idling away time in a hammock to the sound of chirping birds and breaking waves.

The magnificent St Andrews ocean beach is a mere block away (200m) and you can smell the ocean air and hear the magnificent pounding of the waves in the distance day and night.

The house has a large double garage (with remote controlled doors) and additional parking for 4 cars and boat.

Public access tennis courts and childrens playground are within a few minutes walking distance.

    This house is in an ideal spot - close to the beach and very secluded and private. There is so much to do in the area you'll never be bored.

    the house is spacious and well layed out - easily accommodates 8 people. Especially good for diverse groups as two bedrooms are zoned at the opposite end of the house from the lounge room.


    The yard is fully fenced and very safe for dogs.

    The owners are very helpful and encouraging that you enjoy your stay - they allow use of items in the garage - e.g. boogey boards, golf clubs - this is a great attitude!!

    We had a wonderful time - we'll definitely be back again!
