Wildwood Brook Cottages

Our two weatherboard character Cottages are perched on a hill overlooking the picturesque northern outlook of pastured rolling hills. The homes are spacious and well appointed and the elevated position on a 10 acre estate provides panoramc views down Wildwood Valley. Lamonts Winery & Gallery is a scenic 10 minute walk away. World famous beaches and fantastic wineries are on your doorstep.

The homes are beautifully appointed to maximise the views from every room. The spacious decked veranda wraps around 3 sides of the home maximising valley views and assisting with weather protection when utilising the veranda at all times of the year. Most rooms in the homes have french doors opening onto the veranda for easy access. Having undergone extensive renovations the past couple of years, these homes are very comfortable for the guest and feature high ceilings, french doors, polished bleached jarrah floorboards, full kitchen facilities, 68cm TV, DVD, stereo system and a new bathroom!

The lush fully landscaped grounds provide ample lawn areas to be utilised by guests. Our cottage is fully reticulated providing lush green lawns all year round. The nature of the rural location provides an abundance of wildlife - kookaburras, magpies and kangaroos are some of the regular visitors.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

All guests are to provide their own linen for the 2 queen beds (sheets, towels, tea towels and pillow slips). The bulky bedding ie doonas and wool quilts are provided. beddingNo pets are allowed under any circumstances.

There is a minimum of 2 nights stay and 3 nights on long weekends.

The cottage is strictly non-smoking.

No pets are allowed.

Leaver bookings will not be accepted.

You are required to bring your own portacot should one be required.

Location

Wildwood Brook Cottages are located a 2 minute drive from beautiful Smiths Beach and also very close to the world famous Yallingup Beach. The two Cottages are privately owned and are not linked in any way to the neighbouring properties. The Cottages are located in a rural setting just 10 minutes from Dunsborough or 20 minutes from Margaret River in our beautiful South West. On the doorstop are many famous wineries including Amberley, Rivendell and Clairault to name a few. Lamonts Restaurant, Winery and Gallery is a short stroll away.

DIRECTIONS

From Caves Road turn left into Wildwood Road. Drive approx 1.2km and turn left into Millbrook Road, and take the first right after 100 metres into Wildbrook Place. Wildwood Brook Cottages are located at number 21 and 25 Wildbrook Place.

Attractions and Activities

Yallingup and its neighbours Margaret River and Dunsborough have some of the most beautiful coastlines in Australia. You can enjoy whale watching, sailing, fishing, scuba diving, windsurfing, and water skiing. There is a horse riding establishment a couple of minutes away.

A more relaxing alternative is to visit the many wineries in the Region to sample the local wines or enjoy lunch or dinner. There are many galleries featuring local arts & crafts. The Meelup National Park is a short drive away which provides excellent walking tracks.

The Busselton Observatory is worth a visit and is located at the end of the 2 kilometre long Busselton Jetty. To access the Observatory you can either walk or take the train.

Payment and Cancellation Policy

A deposit of 50% of the total booking is required to secure your booking. The deposit is fully refundable up to 7 weeks before the commencement of your booking.

Full payment is required 2 weeks prior to the commencement of your booking.
