The living, dining and kitchen are all combined with huge picture windows to allow you to enjoy the ocean views. The main bedroom which also has huge windows overlooking the water, has a queen sized bed. The second bedroom has two single beds. A patio at front allows for the enjoyment of barbeques, the sipping of local wines and the viewing of dolphins as they cruise by. The apartment although compact is comfortable and totally self contained for 4 people except for a laundry. A public laundromat is near by.

Located in Busselton's Premier area, "West Busselton" the unit is located within walking/cycling distance to the town centre accessed by the pathway directly alongside the beach opposite.
THE AREA
Busselton is regarded as the gateway to the renowned Margaret River Wine Region and is often referred to as 'God's Own Little Patch'. Busselton has a total population of 20, 000 and enjoys a real country atmosphere. Located an easy 2 1/2 - 3 hours drive south of Perth, Busselton has its own airport linked to Perth International Airport. Across the road is a white sandy beach, safe for swimming, that stretches as far as the eye can see. Within easy reach, (20-60 minutes) , are vineyards, wineries, art and craft galleries, restaurants, world class surfing beaches, walking trails, caves, forests.
