Secure parking - undercover parking in enclosure at the back of the building.

Two courtyards - front courtyard has garden, paving, French table and chairs and barbecue with hood and wok burner overlooking the ocean.

The apartment is furnished with French antiques. It is light-filled and spacious.

-The bathroom is ensuited to the main bedroom.
-Separate toilet next to laundry.
-Crisp cotton bed linen is provided, as are bath sheets and towels.
-Beach towels are not provided - can be arranged.

A short walk to numerous cafes, restaurants and hotels along the oceanfront. Across the road from an Internet cafe. Eric Street Shopping centre (Supermarket, pharmacy, video shop, fashion, and health club) is two blocks away. Tennis and golf clubs are within five minutes walk. A regular bus service runs along Eric Street. Less than 10 minutes walk to Grant Street railway station. Claremont’s Bayview Terrace and Cottesloe’s Napoleon Street are two minutes by car. Perth city and Fremantle are around 10 minutes away by car.

We stayed in the unit with our two young children over new year and it was certainly very accessible to everything and Kaye was an absolute pleasure to deal with. The beach is less than a minute away, there is a great burger shop across the road, an IGA a short drive away and the very popular Ocean Beach Hotel across the road which was a lot quieter than I expected.

My only criticism would be that the doors to the complex (which are down one side of the unit) to be quite noisy with people coming in and out at all hours of the day and night and 2 to 3 doors slamming shut each time.

A beautifully appointed apartment with excellent facilities and right next door to the beach.

Cottesloe is the most delightful little town/village and very convenient for Freemantle and Perth. But with such first class facilities in the apartment, being right next door to two lovely restaurants and the most fabulous beach and views we were not too inclined to travel far!

This is a lovely appartment in all aspects. First of all, it is right across the road from the beach at Cottesloe, very close to numerous cafes (opposite The Blue Duck restaurant) and to two childrens playgrounds. There is a bus stop just outside for a pleasant ride into Perth City, and another across the road to whizz you up to Cottesloe township. The furniture is beautiful French antique, and the kitchen is very well equipped. This feels like a home away from home more than "holiday rental accommodation". The bedrooms are at the back of the apartment, so there is really no noise from the Ocean Beach Hotel (which is also opposite). The owners were extremely easy and friendly to deal with, and the rates reasonable. We would definitely recomend this property.
