Located right on the water’s edge at award-winning Waikiki Beach, “Beach House 96” commands stunning views right across Warnbro Sound from Penguin Island to Port Kennedy from its large picture windows and balcony.

This pristine swimming beach offers an idyllic holiday location for those wishing to enjoy a seaside holiday at any time of the year.

“Beach House 96” is comfortable, spacious and stylishly furnished, with reverse-cycle air-conditioning, 2 living areas, fully equipped kitchen and laundry. There is a shady enclosed rear garden with a gas BBQ and outdoor furniture. Secure, enclosed garaging for 2 cars is provided.

“Beach House 96” offers relaxing family holiday accommodation all year round. It sleeps 8 people in four rooms – 1 king-sized bed, 2 single beds and two bunk beds.

The lounge room has sweeping ocean views with modern furniture, TV, DVD, video and stereo.

A separate dining room, also with ocean views, has seating for 8, plus separate bar seating.

The kitchen is modern, well-equipped, and includes a cappuccino machine.

The main bedroom features a king-sized bed and has ocean views.

2 single beds are in a separate room, as well as 2 single bunk beds in a third and fourth room.

There is an office/reading area with a computer and internet access.

The second living area is ideal for the kids and is comfortably furnished featuring TV, DVD, and Nintendo.

The laundry is equipped with new washing machine and ironing facilities.

“Beach House 96” is located 45 minutes south of the Perth CBD, a handy distance from the hustle and bustle of city life.

Duration discounts apply to bookings of 7 nights or more paid for in advance. Simply total the cost of all nights in your proposed stay and apply the discount indicated in the table below (Nightly rates applying in each month are indicated by placing your cursor over the dates on the availability calendar at the bottom of this page. Ensure that it is set to WA school holidays, where nightly rates increase by $50 beyond those indicated on the calendar, before discounting).

For example, let's say you wish to spend 18 nights at $200 per night. 18 times $200 totals $3600. A discount of 25% ($900) per the table above is applied to this total leaving a total cost of $2700, (or $150 per night). If the 18 nights were in a Western Australian school holiday period, the nightly rate would increase by $50 per night to $250. 18 times $250 totals $4500. A discount of 25% ($1125) leaves a total cost of $3375 (or $187 per night). The nightly rate reduces the longer you stay up to a maximum of 40%.

Our rates are orientated towards medium to long term stays. Please note that a cleaner's fee of $125 applies to short stays of 1-3 nights. Please email any further pricing queries you may have.

A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the rental cost is required for a confirmed booking.
