The Outlook Estate is only 5 minutes away from miles of unspoilt beaches and the attractions of the Hillarys and Mindarie Marina's.

Shopping also is only minutes away at the Connolly,Currambine and Joondalup shopping centres, Cinemas, Restuarants, Nightclubs and Pubs which includes many take-away food outlets when you want a quiet night in.

Transport is close at hand being only 5 minutes from the Freeway or if you choose that Ride on West Australia's excellent rail system ride into the City centre of Perth see the sites and then take a Wine Cruise or Ferry Boat ride up the Swan river. A trip to Freemantle and Rottnest is well worth a visit.
