Brand new furninshings throughout this 3 bedroom/rumpus home. 2 bathrooms 2 separate toilets plus powder room upstairs. Will comfortably accommodate 6 people.

Facilities include:

* Full kitchen facilities, microwave dishwasher electric frypan. Cleaning products also supplied ie tea towels, detergent.

* Laundry fully equipped with washing machine, ironing facililties.

* All brand new Sheridan Linen including doonas,pillows, towels, bathmats, and hand towels.

* Outdoor setting, BBQ, Reverse a/condt in all rooms, 2 Tv's 2 DVD's, Stereo and Board Games.

A service fee of $150.00 and a refundable bond of $1000 applies to all bookings. Linen and cleaning are included in the service fee.
Minimum 3 night stay required.
