Description

Fully furnished and wonderfully equipped new 2 storey home with fantastic views of the Dunsborough Lakes Golf Course. This property is situated on the 18th fairway in close proximity to the 18th green and clubrooms.
It is 1km from the Dunsborough townsite and close to Eagle and Bunker Bays.

The upper level consists of a mezzanine entertaining area with a shaded balcony.

The house is suitable for ADULTS ONLY ( SORRY NO LEAVERS)and is non-smoking.

HOUSE FACILITIES

The house includes large screen TV and sound system and is fully self contained with bed linen, towels etc. The kitchen is beautifully equiped to make entertaining a breeze.

Plenty of games and books for your enjoyment.

REAR GARDEN

The rear garden features a huge deck adjacent to the 18th fairway. The rear garden is fully fenced and is secure.
There is a gate allowing access to the golf course.

Property Manager was on leave when I first tried to contact her via her mobile phone. She had not made any arrangements for enquiries or bookings in her absence, which was a bit frustrating.Overall the property was excellent although a stereo and/or pay TV would have been good.

This house was fantastic. There was a group of 8 of us that stayed for a wedding and it was so spacious and relaxing we didn't want to leave. There is everything you need for a home away from home and many places to you can sit with friends or just relax by yourself. So close to all amenities and the golf course for the boys. We are definitley planning a trip back down there and will be in touch when we do.

This house is just perfect, everything inside is brand new, very clean, close to all the entertainment, great views. Massive screen TV, just an easy place to stay for a great time away. If you need and want a holiday i defiantly suggest staying at Dunsborough Lakes Fairway Retreat. I will be back for sure!!
