Callan Apartments are luxurious one bedroom apartments located on the corner of Jenkin St. and South Tce in South Fremantle. There are 12 holiday apartments in the block. The building is secure with intercom to each apartment. There is one secure parking bay available. A short walk to beautiful South Beach and the Fremantle Sailing Club. Visit idyllic Fishing Boat harbour which is famous for its restaurants on the waterfront. Situated 1km to the centre of Fremantle. The free CAT bus passes frequently for your convenience.There is a supermarket next door to service your shopping requirements and many small craft shops, restaurants and cafes in the immediate vicinity. Access to the Rottnest ferry at Victoria Quay is about 1km from the apartment

Callan Apartments are beautiful 4 year old one bedroom airconditioned apartments with separate lounge, kitchen, bathroom, laundry and balcony. Its quality furnishings include the following, Queen bed, double sofa bed in lounge, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and dryer. The lounge has a TV DVD VCR and music system. It is fully equipped with every convenience and we include all linen. The telephone is connected for local calls at a call cost of 40 cents each.
