Gas log fire, reverse cycle, stone benchtops, outdoor setting, bbq. Leather couches, CD, plasma TV DVD video. Kids 32 inch plasma tv and video in bedroom. 3 bedrooms.1 double, 1 queen, 2 king singles.(1 set of bunks,) 2 toilets. Fantastic new bathroom,spa bath looks onto a fernery,walk into the double shower. Pillows and doonas provided, bring own sheets pillowcases and towels.

Close enough to walk, in the quieter end of town, Barwon cottage will not disappoint, suitable for a weekend away with or without kids. Check in 3pm check out 12 for that extra sleep in. Small enough for couples yet sleeps 4. Upstairs you will find 2 bedrooms one is in the loft which IS OPEN AND looks down to the lounge dining area. Downstairs is open plan dining kitchen lounge, bathrom and kids bedroom,with their own tv and video player. Outside enjoy the front deck,with an outdoor table and bbq. There is a large garage and yard at the rear. Fully fenced(high). Bikes and kids toys in the garage, soccer nets etc for the kids, a large toybox inside for the little ones, books, magazines, extensive dvd and video library for all ages. 2 night minimum on weekends. Note: no schoolies no pets 50%deposit required at time of booking.No Visa, EFT cheque or cash only. Cleaning fee determined by no of guests and length of stay
