House is 100m from western bank of Blackwood river so you can stroll along natural river bank and bush walks. Boat ramp 200 m away.
River can be seen from 3 bedrooms, loft (small ocean glimpse) lounge and front yard.
Situated at end of a cul-de-sac, faces north overlooking the Blackwood river to the Estaury, Molloy Island and beyond.
Quiet street with quality housing.

The house was absolutely amazing!!! We had such a nice stay & really didn't want to leave. The photos on the website really don't do it justice. It was so well equipped and homely. Great for families with babies. Thanks so much for getting the gate. It was a life saver as our little one loves to climb at the moment. The views were breath taking. We pretty much made use of every room in the house. There were only 2 minor things that we thought to mention. Because it was so hot on the first 2 days, a couple of pedastool fans would have helped in the babies rooms. I know it doesn't usually get too hot in Augusta, but it was pretty warm in their rooms. And the other thing was all 3 pairs of tongs weren't very good. 2 pairs didn't work at all & the other pair was pretty useless as well. I know it sounds picky but just thought we'd give you some feedback. Everything else was flawless. It was immaculate throughout. We've told lots of people about the house so hopefully you get some more tenants soon. We hope to return someday soon.
