“Peppercorn Cottage” can accommodate up to 6 people, is modern, airy and spacious, suitable for couples, families or small groups. Tucked away in the grounds of “Hillside Country Retreat”, it looks onto wonderful farmland and is a short walk to the town centre. Fully furnished and equipped, it includes:
• A living room with two sofa beds
• dining area and fully equipped kitchen with microwave
• evaporative cooling and gas heating
• three bedrooms with queen, double and one king-single bed
• continental quilts and electric blankets
• television, CD/DVD players and in-house DVDs
• washing machine
• bathroom with separate toilet
• covered deck area with barbeque
Guests are welcome to use the tennis court , games room and swimming pool in the grounds.
Rates: Weekends: $180.00 for 2 people

Riverside Cottage sleeps upto 10
“Riverside Cottage” is a colonial style cottage suitable for up to 10 people. Situated in the township, it backs onto the Avon River and offers complete privacy while affording easy access to all the local amenities. There is a carport and the fenced garden ensures security for children and pets alike. Furnished in period style, it offers:
• a sitting room with open log fire and separate dining area
• reverse-cycle air-conditioning
• polished floorboards throughout
• separate shower in laundry; bathroom with bath and separate toilet
• washing machine
• fully equipped kitchen with microwave
• covered front verandah and rear outdoor eating area with gas barbeque
• television, CD/DVD players and in-house DVDs
• four bedrooms: two with queen beds and one with two single beds, and outside room with 2 double beds with a/c
• continental quilts and electric blankets
Porta cots are available if required. Pets are welcome at cottages.

Beverley Cottage
"Beverley Cottage" which sleeps up to six people, has just recently been added to our accommodation at "Hillside". A spacious, comfortable cottage, it affords guests sweeping views of surrounding farmland and in addition, has a large, covered deck area. It has its own driveway, is tastefully furnished and offers privacy as well as:
. a lounge, dining area and fully equipped kitchen
. evaporative cooling and wood heating
. three bedrooms with queen beds
. continental quilts and electric blankets
. television, CD/DVD players and in-house DVDs
. use of recreational amenities on the property
