Holloways Beach is approximately 7 minutes from the Cairns International & Domestic Airport.
Supermarkets, Speciality Shops, Restaurants and Bar are only a short drive away in the city or stroll along the beach to the quaint beachside cafe/restaurant.
Port Douglas is approximately 150 minutes away and Cairns City is only 10 minutes away.
LOCAL ATTRACTIONS
Holloways is a peaceful, relaxing and extremely scenic location.
Beach, fishing, golf course, shops, resorts, & restaurants are all within a short distance of your accommodation. In many ways, its the perfect spot for a quiet break or a full on reef and rainforest holiday. Regular buses call in at the Beach for trips to all the main destinations. Alternatively, hire cars are readily available and you can make up your own itinery.
You can choose to spend your day exploring the Great Barrier Reef, the Daintree Rainforest, the temperate Atherton Tablelands, Kuranda, or the Cape Tribulation Wilderness.
You may also wish to visit the Tjapukai Aboriginal Theatre, which is half way to Cairns City, or the Tropical Zoo which is literally minutes drive away.
