Relax with a cool drink and enjoy alfresco dining at its best in the patio area while you watch the dolphins play as the sun goes down over the ocean. You can even throw a prawn on your own barbeque - full facilities are provided.
Or if you don't feel like cooking it's a 2 minute stroll to Mindarie's Marina where you can take advantage of the cafes and restaurants or enjoy a beer or cocktail at the 'Boat' Tavern.
Mindarie's spectacular Beach is within easy walking distance so grab your towel and body board and head for the sand and blue water.

Sea Horse Villa is brilliantly located 30 minutes north of Perth's CBD on the sunset coast at Mindarie . You are within easy walking distance to public transport, local shops and restaurants and of course the beach. 10 minutes driving will take you to the world class Joondalup Golf Course (watch out for the kangaroos) and Joondalup Shopping Centre or north to Yanchep National Park where you can hand feed koalas.
The Mindarie Marina directly infront of the Villa offers deep sea fishing and diving.
