Sit back and relax in this modern fully furnished and self contained home with ocean views to Mullaloo Beach. Just 2 minutes walk to the beach, Surf Club and just around the corner from the Mullaloo Beach Tavern with it's quality dining and wonderful ocean expanses. Our home is beautifully furnished with comfortable lounges to seat 6, TV and DVD and well equipped kitchen and dining and reverse cycle air con. We provide only quality linen, warm fluffy bath towels, so-comfortable beds with lots of pillows plus beach towels and sun hats. There is also a porta cot & high chair for the baby. Outdoor eating can be done under the covered courtyard alfreso area with a lush tropical feel, complete with cushioned outdoor dining chairs and table to seat 8 and sparkling clean BBQ.

2 minutes walk to the beach and park with playground for the children and only 5 minutes drive to Hillarys Marina and the Rottnest Ferry. This is another wonderful place to dine with a large range of options from fish and chips to licenced dining. A wonderful atmosphere here with Water Slides, Ferry Terminal, boat ramp and fishing all year round. We are 2 minutes walk to the Sunset Coast walk/cycle path with scenic ocean vistas both North and South. Local heated swimming pool is only 5 minutes drive, large central Shopping Centre just 5 minutes drive and the City Centre 20 minutes drive or catch a bus only 150m from your door. World Class Golf Resort only 5 minutes away and Swan Valley wine tasting is just 30 minutes drive. So close to everything.
