This beautiful limestone and cedar family home has been designed and decorated to make the most of a memorable Yallingup holiday.
Built on three levels, this property has 2 large entertaining decks, with spectacular 180-degree views of the Yallingup coastline. If relaxation is essential to your holiday, private balconies extend off three of the main bedrooms from which to laze in bed and watch the surf.
From the upper level of the house, the open plan kitchen/dining/lounge area is light and airy with polished timber floorboards, and high windows to let in the morning sun. This, along with the modern fully equipped kitchen, extends on to a large deck through timber bi-fold doors. Regardless of the season the house can be opened up to smell the ocean air, or warmed during the winter with the large limestone open fire. (Rev cycle air con is also provided). A master bedroom with king bed and private balcony is on this same level, with a bathroom and lavatory to service this area.
Downstairs are another three bedrooms (2 with king beds, and one with 2 singles), 2 of which have their own private balconies overlooking the beach. There are 2 bathrooms and 2 lavatories to accommodate this level. This downstairs level also has a TV Room to make this a perfect family holiday home.
The lower section of the house has a well-equipped laundry area (w/machine, dryer, trough, spare fridge) and outside clothesline. An outside shower has been provided for exhausted beachgoers to wash down.
