Welcome House

It is a special house that has a lovely welcoming ambiance as soon as you walk in the door. Largely due to the high ceilings, spacious layout, polished floorboards, and decor that all provide comfortable living with a discreet touch of oppulance, which is unique considering the combined formal and casual appeal.
With this is mind the house is well suited to accommodate groups, business and families, couples, friends and sporting teams.
The layout consists of a large well equipped central kitchen dining and living/tv area, a formal lounge room and formal dining room. The kitchen dining opens out onto the courtyard bbq area. There are 6 bedrooms; a master with ensuite spa and french doors to courtyard, a second with a queen bed for your own guests, then at the opposite end of the house are four large single rooms each with two single beds. These share a bathroom and seperate toilet. A portacot and highchair are provided.
The double attached carport has remote gates and is suited to accomodate pets in out of the weather with its back door entrance close to the master bedroom if you like to be able to keep an eye on them.
The laundry has been equiped with a new large capacity washing machine.
The pool area is safely fenced.

The house is in Floreat a suburb regarded as one of the best and elite areas west of Perth and is a beautiful well established old area with gorgeous homes and gardens, only 5 mins to the beach and 10 to the city. It is central to everything! You couldnt ask for it to be better located.

There is the beautiful Perry Lakes wildlife park (dogs welcome) and recreation centre, bbqs, immaculate ovals, basketball arena, Western Force Rugby Park and training ground, the wonderful and still original 1962 Commonwealth Games stadium still in use for athletics and very 60's, all only a 2 min walk away!

The well known Subiaco Stadium is situated between here and the city. A bus stop is directly around the corner for those who like to make it to the footy or concerts without the hassle of parking. Subi has the Regal Theatre with all the best international acts (Dame Edna recently).

Also the Floreat Forum is a 5min walk with supermarkets, shops, cafes, resturants, a hotel and nightlife, library and gym. Hospitals are close by. A public golf course is 5 mins away.
