Consequently, our balconies are sheltered, sunny and perfectly positioned to take in the beautiful views of Swan Bay. The tranquil waters of this sanctuary and its diverse population of birds, make it a special experience for visitors at any time of year.

Spent a wonderful weekend here. hospitality started from my first phone enquiry and continued throughout our stay. The website, though thorough doesn't do justice to the place itself.The garden in particular is now fully grown and very pretty. Very private and quiet. The accomodation was first class from the furnishings, linen,abundant towels and quality appliances.There were even a few DVD's and CD's We arrived on a very cold day and were thrilled to find the gas log fire had been put on in the living room. The pantry contained all and more of lifes necessities- from coffee, a range of teas,cereal, vegemite, tomato sauce, chocolate, and sweet biscuits.No need to rush out for fresh milk- it was there in the fridge.Location was great- half way between Pt. Lonsdale and Queenscliff.We would definitely recommend the light houses
