BUSSELTON SEASHELL COTTAGE - Lovely character cottage with ocean view 40-m walk to the beach and 15 min walk to the Busselton Jetty and town. The three bedroom home has two queen sized bedrooms and a third bedroom with two very comfortable bunk beds,one with double bed on the bottom and one double sofa bed. That would fully accomodate six or eight people. All new furniture, fully equipped kitchen and dining including stainles steel fridge and microwave and a laundry with washer and iron and ironing board. Comfortable leather lounge with two recliners in the living room with TV, DVD and stereo system, reverse cycle airconditioner and a combustion heater. Front verandah to wind down with a drink to watch the sunset over the ocean after a busy day and a barbecue on the deck in the backyard on the very comfortable wickery lounge. Big ,fully fenced backyard, very safe for children.There is also second TV with in-house movies as well as activity games, play equipment, boogie boards.

Accomodation is only made available to professionals, couples and families, false bookings for party-goers and school-leavers may result in loss of bond and eviction.

BUSSELTON SEASHELL COTTAGE is an easy 3 minute drive from the town centre, the famous Busselton Jetty and the Underwater Observatory. It is equally close to the Port Geographe Marina where you will find top class boat launching facilities.
walk over to the beach, it is just a 30 second walk. A bicycle path follows the beach all the way to town and beyond.

About the South West Area LOCAL ATTRACTIONS

Busselton is in the centre of the South West region of Western Australia, which is a must for all holiday makers. It is an easy three hours drive from Perth. The South West Region has something for everyone, pristine beaches, old growth forest, wineries, gourmet food and art galleries and studios.

The area has some of the oldest forests in the State - here you can take a short stroll and view the wildlife including kangaroos, sit quietly and listen to the birdlife, at the same time enjoying the wildflowers. There are various caves to explore and for the energetic, or not so energetic, there are a number of walk trails.

Some of the most pristine beaches in the world can be found in the area, with swimming beaches for all, some protected and ideal for young children or snorkelling, jetskiing and some ideal for board or body surfing. You can take a tour or go diving yourself on the largest dive wreck in the Southern hemisphere
SWAN WRECK - An excellent dive site . or go fishing at one of the numerous fishing spots.The bay fishes well for whiting, herring, flounder and various other species.
BUSSELTON JETTY ,probably busseltons main atraction -This 2km jetty is the longest in the southern hemisphere. The new UNDERWATER OBSERVATORY at the end of the jetty gives you an amazing view of life beneath the sea, with beautiful coral, sponges and many species of fish - and you don't need to get wet!

Travel through this famous wine area and enjoy the wine tasting, a meal at one of the many great restaurants and at the same time visit the large number of art and craft galleries.
OUTDOOR DRIVE-IN CINEMA - There are only 2 of these left in WA - one in Busselton. It's a great experience for the kids - and adults can re-live their adolescence!
