Whether you want to lounge about on the beach, go sailing, jetskiing or water skiing, sip a cappucino on the boardwalk or dine in one of the many excellent cafes you're only a short drive or few minutes stroll from these activities.
Enjoy the quiet end of Rockingham Beach with the vibriant Rockingham cafe strip a 2-3 minute drive or comfortable 1500m stroll along the beach front.
The townhouse is a fully furnished two storey three bedroom, two bathroom unit which sleeps 8.
Upstairs has kitchen, living and the master bedroom. Downstairs has bedrooms 2 & 3 with a separate bathroom, laundry and a double garage. Two bedrooms have queen ensembles and the third room sleeps 4 having one double and 2 single beds.
Rockingham Beach Boardwalk Area offers a supermarket, takeawayshops, cafes, speciality shops, yacht club, bike hire, suba dive centre, restaurants, pubs, nightclub, and much more.
Rockingham Beach is 40 minutes drive from the Perth International Airport. South via the Roe & Kwinana Freeways and approx 35 minutes drive to Perth Central along the Kwinana Freeway.

The air conditioning provided a wonderful relief from the dreadful heat, and it was a blessing having 2 bathrooms - no waiting for the shower in the mornings! IN short, everything was catered for, the owners seeing that we were accommodated with whatever we needed.
Simply brilliant.
I would highly recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a place to stay. It is relaxed, well maintained, child friendly and a perfect place to unwind with a glass of wine in one hand, and a meal from the barbeque on the balcony in the other.
