To all that Blue Ridge Retreat offers, cuddle up on the comfy leather lounges in front of the cosy gas log fire, take a long soak by candlelight in the huge sunken spa with extra jets to ease those tired muscles or just relax and revive the senses as you take in the magnificent views or watch the local wildlife from the huge north facing elevated deck which features a shade sail, hooded gas BBQ and outdoor dining setting. You can even appreciate the night sky or maybe even bath by moonlight due to the extra height windows in the main bedroom. Choose to do as little or as much as you like, dine at one of the restaurants, cafes or bistros, sample the fare at wineries and olive plantations, appreciate the waterfalls and lookouts, go for a bushwalk on the numerous scenic walks (ranging from easy to challenging), visit Branbuk Cultural Centre, Aboriginal Art sites, 4WD, abseil or climb with one of the tour operators, play golf at the Mt Difficult or Stawell courses, or test yourself at adventure golf on one of the most challenging mini golf courses in Australia. Visit the nearby wildlife zoo, lavender farm or brouse for art, antiques and bric-a-brack.
