The Town of 1770 / Agnes Water is nestled between Eurimbula and Deepwater National Parks, and you will be delighted by beautiful private beaches, cast a line to catch a fish for dinner and bring it back to The Big Blue to BBQ on the wide open decks.
The Big Blue is well located to enjoy all that the Town of 1770 / Agnes Water has to offer. Stay for a few nights or a few weeks. Enjoy the flexibility of just the two of you staying at The Big Blue or bring the family or a group of friends...It is all about your relaxing holiday, whatever you choose.
The Big Blue is located right in the heart of Agnes Water and only a short stroll to the beach and shopping precinct with café’s and restaurants nearby. It is a three story, four year young, holiday home that provides amazing views along the 6km Agnes Water beach to the point at the Town of 1770. Wide timber balconies provide maximum outdoor living space and wonderful breezes throughout summer.
The master bedroom and ensuite is located upstairs along with a large open planned living, dining and kitchen area. The living area is well appointed with a CD player, TV and DVD. The kitchen area has all that you would need to cook up a three course meal or create a snack for lunch while you look out at the view. Three large sliding doors ensure that from all angles you are able to enjoy the view. The outdoor seating and BBQ area on the upper deck is a great place to watch the days turn into nights. Enjoy lying in the sun in a beautiful little suntrap on the upstairs balcony or if sun is not your thing enjoy the shades cool breezes at the other end of the deck.
Downstairs there is a large rumpus room, ideal for the kids to watch a DVD or play games, two bedrooms, kitchenette, bathroom and laundry. Large decks downstairs make sure that everyone has a place to rest and relax.
The Big Blue is well designed to accommodate couples or for a larger group of friends or family. There is ample parking underneath the house for four cars and a large yard to park a boat or kick a football.

¨ The Big Blue sleeps up to six people – more than 6 people – just email us and we will be happy to accommodate if possible
¨ There is a minimum 2 night stay – over peak periods there is a min 5 night stay
¨ Once you have made a booking we will send out an info pack with a map and address on how to find The Big Blue

Pet Friendly Policy
As dog lovers ourselves we understand that it is a true family holiday when your favourite dog is able to travel with you. There are ample decks that provide a safe cool area for your dog to enjoy the holiday as much as you. The dog friendly beach is just down the road. Your pet is welcome inside, we just ask that they bring their own bedding with them and stay off the furniture. Please ensure that your pooch is up to date with flea treatment and understands that he is somewhat close to other holiday makers and permanent residents so it is important not to disturb.
We also ask that all bones and droppings are disposed of.
Terms and Conditions
¨ Upon booking a 50 % deposit is requested
¨ This deposit is non-refundable
¨ Final payment is 2 weeks prior to arrival
¨ We suggest that it is a good idea to take out travel insurance to cover any eventuality
¨ We happily accept personal cheques and electronic bank transfers. If payment is made with personal cheque we ask that we receive this 4 weeks prior to arrival, whatever time of year
¨ Payment of the deposit indicates acceptance of the Terms and Conditions and Pet Friendly Policy.
¨ Check in is 2pm and check out is 10am
