Gisele's is a modern 4 bedroom/2/bathroom/2kitchen open living beach house with stunning valley and beach views, situated in the beautiful wye river valley. Designed for either the perfect family holiday accomodation or a fabulous place to share time with friends or that someone special, Gisele's is quiet and peaceful yet only a 2 minute stroll to Wye River's fantastic beach, general store, cafe and playground. The huge upper deck holds al fresco dining and seating for 8 under a large umberella, stainless steel gourmet BBQ, 3 seater shaded swing chair and outdoor heating. Inside, a fully equiped kitchen including a full size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher gas cook top fan forced electric oven with rangehood and a fantastic walk in pantry ensures you have everything you could hope for to cook up dinner for two or a family feast. Leather sofa's, polished timber floors, plenty of floor rugs to relax on and a dining table and seating for 8, together with two generous bedrooms (both with Q/S beds and built in robes) and spacious bathroom complete the top level. Large screen rear view TV projector TV, CD, DVD & Foxtel connection.
Downstairs, the fully carpeted and open area leads onto a second private deck. Modern sofa's and a large timber coffee table allow relaxing whilst looking out over the beautiful valley. A fully equiped kitchenette allows you to have coffee or breakfast downstairs, ideal for two families sharing the house together. There is a second bathroom with bath/shower and toilet, european laundry with washer/dryer/sink and two more bedrooms (1 Q/S bed, 2 singles in the other). There is a separate entry available for the bottom level and a child safety gate for the stairs.

Why Wye?
Wye River is situated 15 minutes from Lorne along the famous Great Ocean Road. At night the lights from the houses light up the hills surrounding the beach and from your bedroom the sound of the surf crashing can be heard. A great place to have a family holiday, the beach is an easy walk from the house and the river runs through the sand into the ocean, a lovely safe place for children to play. There is a playground next to the Brown Cow Cafe, so parents can have a coffee and watch the little ones. There are trampolines and another playground at Lorne, also paddle boats on the river and a movie theatre. Numerous restaurants and cafe choices are available, with lots of shopping options for mum and dad! Apollo Bay is a 30 minute drive in the other direction from Wye River, another great beach location, a fishing jetty, fresh seafood all year around and playgrounds, parks and more shops and restaurants to explore. Back at Wye River, wildlife abounds with Black Cockatoos, Gang Gangs, plenty of Koala's in the tree-tops and Echidna's more than likely wandering up the road. A great place for couples wanting a relaxing retreat or as parents of a 6 yr old, a fabulous place for kids to play and explore.

Everything you could want and more in a holiday house. Spotlessly clean, well laid out and stocked with all the things that make arriving somewhere with a family effortless. We loved the generous deck outside, and our children loved having a BBQ out there whilst hand feeding the parrots and watching the koalas in the trees. We will definately be back again.

Your directions were spot on so we did not have any difficulty finding your delightful house. Our family thoroughly enjoyed the weekend. The house is very comfortable and all members of the family had their own space to retreat to. The native birds are certainly very friendly and we have some terrific photos of them standing on our hands/arms being fed, we were also visited by two koalas which was quite an experience for our young grandson.
