Nestled amongst the peppermint trees this stylish, spacious elevated house is built over three split levels with a central entrance. The holiday house can comfortably accommodate 3 couples, or a family group in its 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

Two adult retreat bedrooms branch off either side of the entrance area. Both bedrooms have queen beds with crisp white bed linen and private balconies. Each adult bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with free standing bath, shower, vanity and toilet.

The third bedroom and bathroom are located on the lower floor. This bedroom is equipped with 1 queen bed and 2 bunk beds, therefore suitable for varying needs. This bedroom adjoins a comfortable TV viewing room, with widescreen LCD television, DVD/CD and bar fridge creating an ideal children's room or teenage retreat within easy reach of the main living area.

The designer kitchen and beautifully furnished open living and dining spaces will delight friends who love to share a fine meal. This main living area is upstairs, and opens onto the large entertaining deck, creating a private and secure outdoor living space. Large glass sliding doors open from the kitchen to the barbecue on the balcony - the perfect place for summer entertaining.

Comfortable leather lounges, widescreen LCD television, DVD/CD invite guests to switch off, wind down, and snuggle up by the wood fire on cosy winter evenings. Some guests may prefer the convenience of the reverse cycle airconditioning to create the perfect environment regardless of the season.

Complimenting the already generous features of this house is the external shower, ideal after the beach, conveniently located close to the laundry (washing machine/dryer) entry.
