Richardson Retreat is NOT SUITABLE for schoolies end of year celebrations.

Spacious family living is highlighted by a generous sized open plan kitchen/living/dining area which opens onto outside decking overlooking Erskine River bushland.

Upstairs can be enjoyed with its open fireplace, large kitchen and sun filled north facing deck. Ideal for outside entertaining. Three queen size bedrooms, main bathroom and ensuite (2 queen, 2 king single beds).

50 metres easy walk to the beach, supermarket and main street.

A great place to spend a few days in this beautiful part of the world! The house was gorgeous with plenty of space and the 2 separate living areas worked well for the big group booking. Wonderful to be surrounded by bush and yet so close to the beach. It was perfect!

What a spacious relaxing atmosphere
looking out into the tree canopy opens your eyes to another world of beautiful wildlife and fresh ocean breezes. Ashort stroll to fabulous restaurants topped our week off wonderfuly.

Loved the house, suited our family reunion fabulously with enough room for all to sit in lounge room and at diningroom table. House was very comfortable and well equiped. Highly recommend.

The house was huge and beautifully furnished with many extras, like the bbq and board games. We loved the little comforts like the milk and washing stuff. The split house made for easy pleasing of very different tastes.
