This immaculate home is located only a 5 minute stroll to town and the beach. The home has 4 large bedrooms ideal for 4 couples or for families.

Bedroom 1 with ensuite, queen bed plus 2 single beds and trundle, television, mini fridge.

Bedroom 2 with ensuite, queen bed plus 2 bunkbeds, television, mini fridge.

Living areas

The spacious living area contains dining table for 10, spacious couches, 50 inch plasma television with Foxtel connected, cd, dvd player.

Airconditiong to all rooms in the summer months and winter
the house is heated by wood tiled fire in the living area. The modern kitchen with oven, gas hotplates, dishwasher, microwave and stocked with all kitchen utensils.

Also off this area is a rumpus room for the kids to get away with Television and DVD.

Outside area

Outside we have a well maintained secure area with covered verandahs, outdoor setting, barbeque and reticulated gardens.

There is ample parking for cars and boats - no parking on lawn areas.
