Description
This old three bedroom cottage is only three blocks from the beach and one from the main street. Settlers has been completely renovated. The Cottage has a new kitchen and bathroom. The bathroom has a three seat SPA and an LCD TV and DVD (Yes watch a DVD or TV in the spa).
Cosy house, walk to the beach and resturaunts.

well appointed romantic cottage, nice and close to town centre, which made for a terrific time. Thank you Cristie and Jayce
we had a lovely stay beautiful with the open fire and the kids loved the tv and dvd while they had a spa will stay again anytime we are in warrnambool thank you so much.
The cottage is clean and well-presented. It had a well-stocked kitchen and good facilities, eg spa bath with DVD player.
Location is good - very close to town. Although on a very busy intersection, you don't really notice that once in the cottage. The only drawback is that the parking is difficult, there is a bus stop directly outside the cottage. We used a parking spot at the back of the cottage, but was a bit tight and tricky to get in and out of.
The outdoor are is really great - just outside the kitchen, with a BBQ and outdoor setting including umbrella.
We had a great weekend!

Very beautifull. We quickly fell in love with this Cottage, the open fire and spa just sets its off. Close to everything so a great location, Very clean too.

Gorgeous place, really well equipped, all the things that can make or break a stay were well thought out (house spotless, good linen, comfy beds, good hot water service and a great fireplace!). Plenty of room for our family of six! Though the house looks very ordinary from the outside and is on a busy road, traffic noise was not a problem once inside, even for our light sleepers - the house is very solid; and the hosts were friendly and helpful without intruding.
