The apartment is located an easy 1 hour drive from Melbourne, 20 minutes from Avalon airport, and 20 minutes from the Bellarine Peninsular. Located only 50 metres from the Eastern Beach swimming enclosure , in a quiet, leafy street , on the edge of the C.B.D,the apartment caters for couples or small families. A breakfast basket of local produce can be provided on request. Everything you need is within walking distance. Public golf course is a one minute drive away, boat ramp, mini train rides and all the facilities the waterfront provides are at your doorstep.

Thankyou Barb for our stay at Eastern Beach Studio, we had a great time, the apartment was warm and welcoming. The kitchen was better than mine at home and the bathroom spacious.Close to the beach, which we walked along each morning and peaceful at night. Thanks we'll be back.

What a cosy, comfortable apartment for the middle of winter in Geelong! It's convenient location offers easy access to the foreshore walk, botanical gardens and shops. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine, gourmet breakfast hamper and clean, modern conveniences.
