The most impressive feature of The Sands Torquay is its unique, links style golf course. Designed by former Australian Open winner Stuart Appleby the 18 hole championship standard course winds its way through the undulating land behind the sand dunes of Zeally Bay, taking full advantage of the natural beauty of its surf coast location. Don’t forget your sand wedge – there’s 167 bunkers!!

Drive into your garage (second car space provided) and enter your terrace home. Downstairs you will find four spacious bedrooms – master (King bed) with Ensuite, Second & Third Bedrooms each with King Beds (which can be split onto 4 King singles), and a bunk room for the kids. Separate bathroom and powder room for your convenience. Self contained laundry for those inclined to wash... and plenty of storage.

Luxury White Linen & Towels provided as well as soaps.

Upstairs be impressed with the open plan entertaining are. Here you will find spacious living with comfy couch and of course the Plasma TV. Don't forget your DVD's & CD's! Dining area to seat 8 to 10 people.

The fully equipped kitchen offers microwave, oven & dishwasher, fridge/freezer and plenty of beer & wine glasses! Extensive list of local restaurants and takeaway/delivery options for those less inclined to cook. There is also a local bottle shop that delivers!!

Outdoor entertaining can be enjoyed in style from the open air balcony equipped with the good ol Australian BBQ (instructions provided!!) and stylish outdoor entertaining lounge. Hear the ocean waves and heckle the golfers as they stroll passed!!
