The Holiday House

The Holiday House is a large two story Unit in a central part of Applecross. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 upstairs and the master bedroom downstairs with an en suite. There is an enclosed courtyard at the front with a shady pergola and an outdoor setting for six with a large 4 burner gas BBQ, and another courtyard at the back housing the clothes line. The unit also has a garage which can be used for small cars.

House Features

The Main bedroom has the option of two king single beds or a king sized double bed and has an ensuite which consists of a large shower, toilet and vanity. The Second bedroom has two single beds and the third bedroom has a double bed. All linen and towels provided. The main bathroom is downstairs and has a bath and shower, vanity and toilet. There is a seperate laundry room with a front loading washing machine and laundry powder is provided. The kitchen is fully equiped with all that is needed to eat at home. There is a combined sitting room and dinning room with a flat screen LCD TV, DVD player and CD player. French doors open out onto the main courtyard. New flooring has been done throughout the downstairs.

Local Attractions

Very close to the Swan river, parks and playgrounds. Area popular with windsurfers and kite surfers. Easy access to public transport, Perth city, Fremantle and large indoor shopping centre. Huge range of restaurants, cafes and boutiques within walking distance.
