Fantastic place! Excellent for two families, a lot of space to play and relax! Really confortable, and everything in the house is brand new! Great location to visit the Great Ocean Road.

great house! fantastically equipped for winter and we would love to stay there in summer to enjoy the brilliant outdoor areas. it's a reasonable walk to the beach for young kids but do-able, and all the extras like new release DVD's, huge tv, the pool table, kids toys and the great bunk rooms make up for that anyway.

Strongly recommended if you want a great getaway from Melbourne. The stylish house coupled with the ensuite was the ideal way to enjoy a relaxing weekend. Absolutely loved it.
The Speculant looks better in real life!!! It was perfect for our group of 8, from the HUGE dining table to the outdoor setting under a canopy of growing grape vines, with a view to the magnificent established garden. All the beds were really comfy, it was light, bright and clean and we could have stayed for a week. About a 15 minute walk to Apollo Bay shops.
This place was just a gem! This is definitely a home away from home. From the beautiful lavender hedges out the front to the 42" plasma, this house had something to keep everyone entertained. With large windows on both levels of the house, we were tranced by the spectacular views including the visiting rosellas.

This house was awesome! It was extremely comfortable and spacious (HUGE!), and very luxurious! It was what we imagined and more! We'd most definitely come back again!
