Only a minute’s walk to the beach, this property is set on a 6000m2 of sweeping lawns and beautiful landscaped gardens surrounded by shaded peppermint trees, which it shares with a second residence. Both private residences have the use of a super grass full size tennis court, a basketball hoop and swings for the little ones.
The “Villa” is well suited to a smaller family or adult group. A noticeable attribute of this private villa is the light spacious rooms, with high ceilings. The full sized master bedroom has a queen bed, mounted TV, and spacious ensuite with bath, shower and separate toilet. Quality linen and furnishings is a feature throughout. The second guest sleeping area has a queen bed and a bunk to comfortably sleep 4 people. With sliding door and lovely views over the garden this is a lovely fresh airy room. There is also a study area which can sleep another 2 people in single beds if required.
There is a second toilet/powder room aside from the main ensuite/bathroom.
The residence attention to detail is continued in the open plan living area with gourmet kitchen (quality fittings) and large timber dining table... Two large comfortable lounges beckon you to lay back and enjoy a good book or DVD. A private outdoor courtyard with built in BBQ and outdoor setting is perfect for alfresco dining.
