Two years in the planning, The Penthouse was finished in January 2000. You will not find a better place to stay. Located on the North West corner of Beach and Ritchie Street The Penthouse is bathed in sunshine all day long. The windows are tinted and doubled glazed so it doesn't get too hot. If it is, no problem, turn on the powerful aircondtioners and you will be as hot or as cold as you want.Bright and modern colours greet you at The Penthouse. A fantastic ceiling painted in Dulux Divinci Red suede effect paint gives the feeling of being in a Bedouin tent, Beech timber and terracotta tiles give The Penthouse a real Mediteranian feel.
