Concha Marina Villa is located on Barrier Street in Port Douglas. It is footsteps to the beach and within secluded, private and peaceful surrounds yet minutes to bustling little village of Port Douglas with its many exclusive restaurants and day spa's. The villa is close to many great golf courses, yachting marina, barrier reef, rainforest and daintree river.
The house was completed in July 2007 and is equipped with everything you could ever need for a perfect getaway.
The house has a brand new fully equipped gourmet kitchen with oven, hob, microwave and refrigerator as well as every utensil possible.
The lounge area has a 42" plasma TV, DVD, stereo, surround sound system, AUSTAR and a selection of DVD's. The indoor dining area also seats 8 people comfortably.
Bedrooms
The master bedroom is equipped with an ample sized walk in wardrobe and has its own ensuite with 2 basins, luxury shower and a japenese sunken soaker bath.
The master bedroom also has its own plasma TV with AUSTAR and looks out onto the main swimming pool and relection pond as well as the garden.
The house also has 2 other bedrooms, both equipped with 2 king single beds which can be joined together to make one king bed if required. Both bedrooms are of ample size and share a fully equipped bathroom with shower.
The fourth bedroom/study can be used as either and comes with a comfortable queen sofa bed. If the room was used as a study it is equipped with a desk, telephone and internet connection.
Outdoor enterainment terraces
The house has a perfect blend of indoor and outdoor enteraining and living with both the kitchen and living room opening up onto large outdoor terraces with the main feature being a saltwater swimming pool.
The main entertainment terrace has a built in gas BBQ, a bar area with fridge and sink, an 8 seater outdoor table as well as a 8 x 4 pool table.
The house is fully airconditioned and provides all linen and towels and has full laundry facilities A service is provided after 7 days and day excursions to local attractions can be arranged.
Sleeps maximum of 6 adults and 2 children only.
