Hampton House is a gracious private dwelling, built in 1887. It is an elegantly furnished and fully equipped limestone terrace residence now available for short or long term rental.
Sleeping six people, Hampton House is suitable for holidaying families or friends, visiting professionals, wedding parties and relocations, and is conveniently located, only four minutes walking distance into the vibrant heart of Fremantle.
Hampton House is fully furnished and equipped with quality sheets, doonas, pillows, towels, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, electrical appliances etc. A high chair, porta cot, baby car capsule, car seat and booster seat as well as baby bath are available on request at no extra charge.
A four minute stroll will see you in the midst of Fremantle's famous cappuccino strip and attractions - no real need for a car, just a short walk to Fremantle train station and free CAT buses.
Features include three double bedrooms, two with queen sized beds, the third with two singles, built in robes and open fire places.
A gallery hallway leads to the lounge which features an open fire place, leather couch, otoms and and comfortable reading chair. Flat screen tv, dvd and video with surround sound in this room transform it into a home theatre. 20 dvds and some videos are provided for guests viewing pleasure. Wool rugs feature on original wood floor boards.
There is a light and bright office enclave with built in desk. You can operate the outdoor sound system from here, make free local telephone calls or access the internet from your laptop.
This leads to an Italian terracotta tiled large fully equipped Chef's kitchen with dishwasher, six burner gas stove and oven, microwave, generous refrigerator and pantry storage. Here an antique oak dining suite with four chairs and two carvers seats six.
The bathroom has a shower over full sized bath with a solar powered, mains electricity boosted hot water system that delivers ample hot water and great water pressure.
The laundry is a separate room with a 5kg washing machine and clothes dryer. THere are drying lines in the rear garden.
An Exceptional undercover outdoor entertaining area at the rear of the house has it's own sound system, mains plumbed gas barbeque and easy care garden. Beyond this area there is dedicated parking on the property for two vehicles.

$285 per night, minimum four nights and
the rate reduces the longer you stay
Prices are all inclusive for up to six people.
For more than six, add $25 per adult per night or $15 per child <15 years per night.
Hampton House can sleep up to eight people!
While Hampton House sleeps six people, another two people can easily be accomodated. You'll need to arrange this with us upon booking.
There is an additional charge of $25.00 per extra person per night over six people ($15.00 for children under 15years).
