Description

Fantastic home with stunning ocean views in a top location this beautiful and very comfortable home is beachside living at its best.

Set up high to catch the ocean views and breezes and only a 10 minute stroll to the local beach, shops and parks.

Private and secure home catering specifically for couples and families with or without children. Caters for 6 to 8 people and families with small children and babies.

Available for families on holidays, immigrating or relocating. Will negotiate for stays longer than 2 months.

Smoking is permitted in the outdoor areas also pets are welcome.

ACCOMODATION

This home features: a separarte formal lounge room; good size kitchen overlooking a family room.

3 bedrooms - the master bedroom has a queen size bed and ensuite bathroom

the second bedroom has a set of bunk beds

the third bedroom has 2 single beds. These 2 bedrooms share a bathroom.

There is also a double folding lounge in its own area,near the lounge room.

Off the family room is a covered outdoor entertaiment area overlooking a manicured garden with spa.

The property also comes with air conditoning and a single lock-up garage.

Also, the property offers a phone for local calls only and a cable broadband connection point but you will need to bring your own laptop.

Included is weekly spa maintainance and lawn mowing.

The house was ideal way to start our new life in Australia, in a wonderful location with breath taking views of the sea. It was in walking distance of shops, school and the beach. It had everything we needed for our family, the internet connection was a life saver as we had so much to organise and research. Elizabeth the owner was very pleasant and helpful and always made herself available for further information. She was a real pleasure to deal with. Thanks I would recommend it anyone looking for some where to stay when arriving in Australia or for those just wishing to have a short break.

This house made my family so comfortable during their visit to Perth. they came to see the beauty of WA, and they found it in the Carnarvon Cottage and its surrounded area. the place makes you feel at home, it is very clean on a lovely street and the ocean view from setting room and the front door makes you feel fresh and removes any stress.
the house equipped with every thing you need, from spa to internet connection, and you will be surprised with a welcome pack.
The most important thing in this house is the owner, she is so friendly, great to deal with, helpful and always available to answer our questions.
I really recommend this cottage to any family as a great place to stay.

Everything from booking house to leaving was perfect. we had no problems what so ever and the owner could'nt have helped more. The house was impecably clean, the hot tub was hot and the air con was cool. It was quiet day and night and 10 mins from shop's. We even had a welcom pack and the outside light left on as it was dark when we arrived. Home from home. Not a thing bad to say..

A very warm welcome awaited us when we arrived. The house was very clean on a lovely street and the ocean view from the front door was breathtaking. the house is very comfortably furnished and the inclusion of an internet connection and phone was a great bonus. The spa was vey easy to use and fitted all 5 of us very easily. Would not hesitate to recommend this house to anyone. The owner Elizabeth was very helpful and always available to answer our questions
