3 bedrooms and one modern bathroom. One room with queen size bed, one room with double bed and one room with single trundle bed (suitable for 2 kids).Lounge with Plasma TV.

Fitted out with linen, towels and has full kitchen & dining facilities. All you have to do is show up and enjoy!

A cleaner can come once a week for $100 to vacuum, wash the floors, clean the bathrooms & kitchen and put fresh linen on the beds and fresh towels.

There is a washing machine and dryer for you to take care of your personal laundry.

The house has evaporative air-conditioning, gas heater & full security.

There is also a large park across the road for kids.
