You will find this little SOMERLY beauty ONLY 500 M FROM CLARKSON INTERCHANGE - currently Perth’s northernmost train station -, though enjoying a quiet location. PERTH CITY can be reached in a 32 minutes breeze. Or hop off after 2 stops at JOONDALUP, where you can spend a whole day at the Lakeside Shopping Centre...even drive till MANDURAH!

A 5-minute-drive by car from your holiday house will take you to popular MINDARIE KEYS with its cafés/pubs/restaurants, for example the new Indian Ocean Brewhouse, and to Clayton surf beach. A bit further north and you are at QUINNS BEACH with miles of breathtaking coastline and white sandy beaches.

Further close-by tourist attractions not to be missed are YANCHEP NATIONAL PARK (10 minutes) to watch Koalas and Kangaroos, as well as hotspot HILLARY'S HARBOUR (15 minutes along the coastal tourist drive) which is also departure point to picturesque Rottnest Island.

Gateway to Somerly is the gigantic OCEAN KEYS SHOPPING CENTRE which meets all your groceries needs for your self-contained stay and lots more. Have your choice of take-away in "foodstreet" or dine out in then local new Whale 'n' Ale Pub/Restaurant!

In walking distance from the house admire Somerly's amazingly landscaped parks with playgrounds for the kids.

INSIDE THE HOUSE

Your holiday house in Mediterranean colours is fully furnished and has an inviting Alfresco area, equipped with hooded BBQ and surrounded by plants which are illuminated at dawn.

During hot summer days or nights (if the "Fremantle Doctor" has not kicked in with its cooling afternoon breeze), you will appreciate the ducted air-conditioning in the open-plan living area and bedrooms, while on cold winter mornings a powerful gas heater will keep you warm and cozy.

The master bedroom has its own ensuite and a walk-in-robe, the other 2 bedrooms have built-in-robes. There is a second bathroom with bathtub/shower combination and a separate toilet.

For a relaxing evening at home the living room features a 42" Plasma TV.

The kitchen has stainless steel gas hotplates and fan-forced oven, as well as a large family fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster and dishwasher.

The spacious laundry is equipped with washing machine, dryer, iron/ironing board and offers direct access to the backyard and clothes line.

Towels and linen provided.
Baby travel cot, - linen and high-chair on request.

500MB/week broadband Internet available! Just bring your laptop - must have Windows XP or above. Wireless inside house if laptop is compatible.
