Cottesloe Waters has 7 luxury apartments all fully refurbished. Rated FOUR STARS 08/09. Upper floors have large timber decks -some with ocean views and ground floor apartments have garden courtyards. These air-conditioned one and two bedroom self-contained apartments have King and Queen size beds, fully equipped kitchens, modern furnishings, LCD TV/ DVD/ CD, telephone & Wireless Broadband Internet access (charges apply). The apartments are situated in a quiet street, 50 metres from a safe protected swimming beach – and 200 metres to rail and bus transport to Perth CBD (12km) and the Port of Fremantle (4km). Cottesloe Waters - located in South Cottesloe in a quiet residential Street, 50 metres from the beach and 200 metres to Victoria Street Train Station for trips to Fremantle and Perth.
We have a beautiful beach surrounded by reef, ideal for swimming and snorkling or just sunbathing on the white sand.
Cafes and Hotels within walking distance - just 1km along the beachside walkway. Shop at Cottesloe Central, Fremantle or Claremont by catching the train - located at the top of Macarthur Street.

Great place to stay - i recommend it to everybody!

Having stayed only one night (of what was to be 7 nights) in what can only be described as very poor standard accomodation I contacted Cottesloe Waters Executive Apartments and arranged for an inspection of the units.I was so glad to be met by the manager at a pre-arranged time and decided to move to the accomodation that same day. I went back to my prior acomodation and packed my bags and moved into the new apartment. Upon arrival I was greeted with a note refering to my prior accomodation problems and a lovely cold bottle of wine. My stay in the apartment was how our whole holiday experience should have been,in very clean, well maintained and in a perfectly located location near the beach and close to public transport thanks to the very helpful and kind managers.

The units we rented were clean, smart and well maintained. The service we received from the property owners was personal and friendly and all requirements were attended to promptly. The property is close to the beach, a short walk to the main strip in Cottesloe. We had a most enjoyable stay.

Beautiful location and excellent apartments. Very clean and tidy. One thing to consider is that the walls don't conceal noise between apartments. If you end up next to a couple with young kids be prepared to be woken up early!

Perfect holiday in Perth for January. The westrn suburbs have departed to the south west so all the best eating,coffee and food places are quieter and there are no better beached in the world than the stretch from Freo to scarborough.
Room was great and comfortable. Perfect for 2-3 people.
