The property is centrally located along the Great Ocean Road offering an ideal base for exploring the many beautiful wonders that the area has to offer.
Nestled amongst 12 acres of rolling hills, fern gullies scattered with Glow Worms, spacious lawns, and cottage gardens that attract native birds; the property offers breathtaking views across forests, farmland and the Southern Ocean towards Cape Otway. ........

There is 12 acres to stretch legs, chase balls or play with other 4 legged guests. Johanna beach is pet friendly all year round and is only a short drive down the road.
