City Beach Bed and Breakfast is a new fully self contained unit with its own private entry.
It is fitted out with full cooking facilities, which allow you to stay that bit longer without having to eat out so often.
You have a washing machine in the unit to add to your conveniences.
Reverse cycle airconditioning and queen sized orthopaedic bed make sleeping as good or better than sleeping in your own bed.
The unit is spacious, with a large living area so that you may spread out to enjoy the garden view, watch TV or even a video.
You might like to listen to your own CDs/radio or enjoy a stroll in the park across the road, walk through beautiful bushland or take a stroll along the beach or even walk to one of our beachside restaurants and sip coffee or a cool drink/ have lunch or dinner by the sea.

The location of the City Beach Bed and Breakfast is idealic. It is surrounded by bushland, ocean and the city. The ingredients are those which make for an active, exciting or just relaxing holiday.
You can have a game of golf at the public golf course, which is a 5 minute drive away. You may like to play a game of tennis at our local tennis courts which are a quick walk across the park.
You have a choice of swimming venues (pools), both less than 5 minutes drive away. The Challenge Stadium is an Olympic standard venue, which hosts many International swimming competitions. If you don't want to swim in a pool, swim in the Indian Ocean, it's at your doorstep!
The unit is located in quiet surroundings, yet only a short distance to all of the beauties of nature.

Local Attractions
Stroll to two seaside restaurants and have breakfast, lunch or dinner by the water's edge.
Walk along the beach, fish off the beach or groyne or swim in the ocean. Snorkel off the shore and see the wonders of the sea.
You can walk through the local bushland called Bold Park and enjoy the ocean and city views when you get to the top.
A twelve minute drive will see you in the centre of Perth with all available shopping. A five minute drive will allow you to shop at the new shopping centre, where you can purchase your food and complete banking and any other shopping.
There is 24 hour grocery shopping for late comers.
Use the Olympic pool and facilities of the Challenge Stadium which are less than a five minute drive from the unit.
Walk around Lake Monger, Herdsman Lake or Perry Lake.
Head North to Scarborough Beach and Hillarys Boat Harbour or go South to Cottesloe Beach and Fremantle. There's something for everyone who stays at the City Beach Bed and Breakfast.
To the North of City Beach, we have Scarborough Beach with its beautiful beach and weekend markets, Hillarys Marina and extensive shopping, Water Slide and Fun Park which is exciting for young and older.
To the south we have Fremantle, which offers a wealth of tourist attractions, some of which include the new to the market, Maritime Museum and the Old Fremantle Prison with its night tours guaranteed to put the chills up your spine.
