The beach house is in a quiet location, situated on a street parallel to the Esplanade, providing easy access to shopping. It is approximately 1300 meters from the nearest beach and a 5 minute drive from the centre of the town. Ocean views are available from the upstairs deck and bedroom areas.
It is a newly built, luxury 2 storey house consisting of 3 bedrooms, large family room, 2 bathrooms, well equipped kitchen and dining area. There is sleeping facilities for 7 people and a large garage with direct access to the house.
There are two outdoor entertaining areas and full BBQ facilities.
