Location
The house is exactly 1 km to the ocean, and gorgeous ocean views surround you as you drive into Mullaloo.
Mullaloo Beach is often thought as the best beach in Perth, there are great play areas for the kids, and great restaurants overlooking the ocean - Mullaloo Beach Hotel and Mullaloo Tavern are fantastic places to enjoy a bite to eat and a glass of wine whilst overlooking the Indian Ocean.
Five mins drive is Hillarys Boat Harbour, great for meals, fantastic children's beach, boutique shopping, boat trips to Rottnest and the Aquarium of Western Australia (AQWA).
Perth City Centre is a 15 min drive.
Fremantle is a 25 min drive - a great place for day trips.
Layout
The house is single storey, and has 5 bedrooms (3 are queen beds and 2 have bunks/singles), there are also 2 large living rooms, a dining area and two bathrooms - one of which is ensuite to the master bedroom.
The master bedroom has patio doors which open to the outdoor area.
Away from the house is a large games room which contains a pool table, darts and the myriad of toys for use in the pool.
