The Palm Cove Tropical House is a luxurious family home near the beach which overlooks The Great Barrier Reef, near Cairns and Green island. It is a big privately owned 4 bedroom executive home with large garden and dream like poolside entertainment area which is best suited to a family or a group of up to 8 friends.
It has a VERY private tropical pool with built in spa. It has 4 bedrooms - all with aircon and plenty of space. An enormous gourmet kitchen, 2 luxurious bathrooms and a stunning 10m swimming pool set in a beautiful tropical garden. Beautiful wooden doors made of silky oak grace the house throughout.
We are a leisurely 500m stroll to legendry Palm Cove beach. Thereawaits you Australias cleanest beach and a string of 5* hotels ( lots of weddings!). This house is perfect for a family holiday.We have also front and side verandhas both offering shade. Your kids will love having a separate rumpus equipped with a large toy cupboard piled high with toys and games. Also a wide selection ( over 100) of DVDs to watch.
Palm Cove is located on the spectacular Tropical North Queensland Coast, just 20 minutes north of Cairns international airport, and 45 mins south of Port Douglas. The luxurious Palm Cove Tropical House provides a private house from which to relax and enjoy all aspects of our casual North Queensland lifestyle. Enjoy a glass of wine - or have a barbecue at the poolside entertainment area. The swimming pool also houses a built in spa and is surrounded by a tropical garden where the local multicoloured lorikeets
fly around and singtheir hearts out!
The Palm Cove Tropical House is all on 1 level. There are 3 separate indoor living areas and one enormous indoor area.
Our 4 large Bedrooms, are all beautifully newly decorated and have large louvre windows so there is plenty of light. All rooms have a ceiling fan, wardrobes and air- conditioning.
We can honestly say that you will enjoy the best stay at The Palm Cove Tropical House.
Pamper yourself in the newly refurbished luxury Master Bedroom. It has a large ensuite with spa bath and beautiful Italian marble vanity unit top. This is crowned with the best quality twin Italian glass over the counter bowls. The Master bedroom has a Queen size bed, with a very large his and hers built in robe and a sliding double door opening out onto the pool verandah.
The other 3 large bedrooms are all very spacious and all have built in robes or wardrobe. The 2nd bedroom has a Queen size bed. The 3rd bedroom has a double bed and the 4th Bedroom contains 2 single beds ( bunk style).
The 2nd bathroom / shower is very large and luxurious. It features Italian Travertine floor tiles and huge Italian porcelain rectified wall tiles. The latest design in luxurious contemporary style with dazzle you. There is a large storeage wall cupboard and a semi frameless shower screen. A door leads directly to the swimmig pool area so you can shower at your convenience after swimming.
The kitchen is a chefs dream come true. It has long breakfast bar/ worktop with granite tops and SS cooktop, so the chef can cook and converse with friends at the same time.soverlooks the sea. There is also a granite servery which opens to the side verandah and poolside area. The servery is a good place as seating for a drink at the bar. All the usual modern appliances are included.
The indoor living area is a spacious 80 sq metres( approx) and includes the lounge/ TV area and an adjoining room which is used as a dining area.
The Northern end of the house is separated by an internal door (to keep this end quiet) and leads to another separate living area. This is used as a rumpus room and contains the toy cupboard and play area for children. it also has double sily oak doors leading to the pool.
There is a separate laundry with washing machine and inernal clothesline. There is also an outdoor clothesline at the rear in the garden.
There is ample secure garage parking for 2 cars at the front of the house with remote control access and entry directly into the main part of the house.
The house is very cool and comfortable as it is tiled throughout for cool tropical living.
We are just 500 m to Palm Cove and 3km to the more secluded Clifton Beach. Everything you need is all within easy distance including shops, beaches, buses and local attractions.
In conclusion The Palm Cove Tropical House is an extremely spacious house which would best suit a large family or group of up to 8 friends wishing to have a luxurious beach holiday.
