The solar passive design creates a unique combination of inside and outside space. The north facing aspect is all glass and can be opened up completely to flood the huge living area with light, air, birdsong and the sound of the sea.

• Gourmet kitchen, strikingly decorated in silver and soft red and separated from the living area by a fabulously large island bench/breakfast bar equipped with wide, easily accessed runner drawers. Extremely workable with plenty of reachable storage and bench space, family sized fridge/freezer, gas cooktop, electric and microwave ovens and dishwasher.
• Four bedrooms and two bathrooms – King Suite; two Queen Suites; double room containing two king size single beds; spacious main bathroom (with luxurious bath) and ensuite bathroom with King Suite. All beds have continental quilts and linen and towels are provided.
