Cambray cottages situated 14 kilometres north of Nannup on the Vasse hwy, are set on 160 acres of farmland surrounded by forest. This is the ultimate getaway. steeped in history, the farm is on the site of the old Sussex Sawmill. You can interact with the farm animals or go bush walking and spot the myriad of fauna and flora that abounds in the area. The farm is operating as a sheep dairying and gourmet cheese making enterprise. The farm also has an orchard featuring vintage fruit varieties, avocados and citrus where you can pick and enjoy fresh tree ripened fruit.
The Cottages
The newly built cottages feature jarrah bush poles, timber floors in the living area and carpeted bedrooms. The cottages are fully self contained with TV, Video, reverse cycle airconditioning, microwaves, gas hotplates, electric blankets, barbeque and laundry facilities.
Both cottages have two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed in each room the other with one queen size in one room and the other room two bunk beds.
Breakfast baskets are available on request. These contain farm fresh eggs fruit and home made jams as well as the usual array of cereals. There is also a video library free for your enjoyment.Apon arrival guests are invited to have a tasting of our award winning sheep cheese and can then return to their cottage to savour the cheese of their choice which is a complimentry gift from Cambray Sheep Cheese.

Enjoy the sheep cheese on your doorstep. Visit the local winerys ,explore the many bush walks and scenic drives. Visit the Blackwood River and perhaps hire a canoe for a twilight tour or fish for Trout. Explore the town site and see craft shops featuring locally made timber furniture, antique shops, galleries and local produce.Enjoy the display of wildflowers in spring and the Tulip display in August. Catch the excitement of the Forest Rally in Nannup in May and the music festival in February.Roses galore in November and river pools to cool off in in December.
