A short distance away is Torquay's famous surf beaches including Jan Juc, Winkipop and Bells Beach. Almost as famous is the surf shop strip with all the big brands within easy walking distance.
Facilities
The townhouse is a striking contemporary design with light filled living spaces. An open plan, split level design with a dramatic kitchen and meals area beneath a 5 metre high ceiling. Up a few steps is the lounge space with floor level low height windows looking out to the private north facing courtyard.
A study alcove, with a day bed for 5th guest, provides the transition through to the two bedrooms and bathroom with shower, bath and toiltet
Polished timber floors in the living areas are complemented by white walls and accented against feature color walls. Double bedrooms have warm carpet floors and feature timber panelling to walls.Additional single bed mattress available also.
The townhouse is fully equipped and self contained with cooking/ eating utensils, convection oven/ microwave, double cooktop and barfridge/freezer.
Bedding, linen and towels are also provided.

What a beautiful and relaxing place to spend our 10th anniversary weekend.The house design is extremely well thought out and wonderfully executed. It's a joy to stay in such a light-filled, clean lined building. You've thought of absolutely everything and that thoughtfullness shows.
