This 5 bedroom 356 square metre home by award winning builder Better Homes is a gem situated at the foot of the Rain Forest and only 10 minutes walk to the beach at beautiful Palm Cove.
Live in 5 star style with a 10 by 4 metre pool and a 13 by 4 metre patio with its own outdoor gym. This spacious open plan home has two living areas that stretch across 16 metres with a TV in each area. The kitchen bar area overlooks a sparkling blue pool surrounded by a jungle of palm trees, ferns and white Bangkok roses.
As night falls switch on the pool and surrounding wall lights and create a soft romantic ambience as the sun dips behind the mountains.
Have breakfast on the huge patio and gaze at the spectacular rainforest views with clouds drifting lazily along the mountain tops. A BBQ at night in this idyllic setting with a few drinks around the pool makes this a holiday you’ll never forget.
There is also a 3rd TV in the master bedroom and a 4th TV on the patio.
There is a 4 metre long illuminated bar with 6 barstools. Two dishwashers are in the kitchen and a fridge that makes ice and ice cold water. The bar overlooks the patio and pool area. Each bathroom has double sinks and there is a double side by side spa in the ensuite that overlooks the pool.
The entire house, patio and the area around the pool is completely tiled. There is even a hot and cold shower outside to rinse off after a swim. There are dimmers indoors and out to set that tropical mood that you always dreamed about. All living areas are air-conditioned and the bathrooms have exhaust fans and ceiling fans for your convenience.

The Christmas period is charged at high season rates and is from 15th Dec until 15th Jan and there is a 7 night minimum stay.
There is also a two week high season rate during the Easter Holidays.
