On the NSW side of the Murray River. Good stopover place between the Melbourne to Sydney drive -- fun town too!

Stopped over in Albury for the drive down from Sydney to Melbourne. Great range of pubs with really cheap food. Have been to Albury about 10 times in my life. Nice historic town. Plenty to see and do. This is when you know you are leaving NSW when you pass through Albury.

Stay away from Albury during the anual easter hockey tournament. Other wise a great place to relax on the road trip from Melbourne to Sydney. A good half way stop over
